How much does it cost?
So maybe you're starting to get on board with the idea. But how much will a smooth, natural-looking face cost, you ask? At Nurse Jamie's Beauty Park Spa, Botox starts at $14 per unit. Most people need at least 20 units (that's how much it generally takes to fill the 11 lines between your forehead). So my rule of thumb is, double that and you're looking at your Botox budget, which for me, comes out to around $600 per visit.

Is it actually worth it?
If you're a newbie, you're probably wondering if it's worth it. There's no way around it: Yes, Botox can be expensive. It's another beauty upkeep responsibility you didn't know you needed, and it's likely something you're going to want to keep doing once you start. That said, you really only have to go in twice a year to keep up appearances — at least that's what I do. "Most people find that the results of treatment are visible for about four to six months," confirms Jamie.

Hey, when you look good you feel good. I'm all for aging gracefully, but there's no reason you have to look your age if you don't want to. Nurse Jamie puts it best: "People are never judged for detailing their cars or renovating their homes. So I feel that if it makes you happier and more confident, then why not?"
