I dont know about you, but my skin is in crisis mode. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 16oz approximately $9.00. No chemical additives and no expensive packaging or marketing campaign to pay for. Use a spoon to retrieve a teaspoon, or more, depending on your skin-type and area of placement. Deposit on your palm, rub between two palms to melt and apply. Great for anywhere on your body. Let it soak in and remove oily excess with a paper towel. And no, I haven\'t broken out, but that is just MY experience.

Used sparingly, Castor Oil can work wonders on skin. But it IS oily. With dry and sensitive skin, it helps me. According to Edgar Cayce, it works on both the physical and etheric bodies.
