Best Cities:

Provo, Utah -- Not exactly a Mecca for nightlife and haute couture, but when it comes to men -- and not all of them are Osmonds -- the city boasts the lowest rate of heavy drinkers and smokers in the country, see more reasons why you should consider a guy from this city.

Ft. Collins, Colorado, home to Colorado State University. With all those undergrads and professors roaming around it can't be hard to drum up prospective paramours. But there’s more: voted Money magazine's "Best Place to Live" in 2006, Ft. Drive 57 miles south to Denver and you'll find yourself in the most sexually active metropolis in America according to a QualityHealth.com survey. You'll also want to stay away from Greensboro, North Carolina, which, according to that same QualityHealth.com survey, ranks super-low on the sexual activity scale.
