This isn't a new look for Mary Kate, but I still must ask: Is this the remains of last night's makeup? Defective mascara? Or could it be on purpose? I need to know.

While watching the finale of "Survivor" on Sunday (don't judge, it's an addiction), I couldn't help noticing: the women all look great during the season with no makeup, but they tend to look drag-queeny all done up for the reunion show. Why do they always overdo it? It's so not necessary.

I need to get into the mascara business. During these crappy economic times it's the only beauty product whose sales have actually gone up. Three guesses why:

We do some crazy stuff for beauty. Injecting Botchulism, slathering bird poop on our faces (this is not a joke) and letting fish eat dead skin on our feet (again, totally serious). But that stuff probably wont kill us. Certain hair-straightening treatments on the other hand just might.
