Recently Married Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are Having a Baby?!
News of a possible pregnancy for newly wedded Victoria's Secret model, Miranda Kerr and British actor Orlando Bloom, leaked to Us Magazine today.
The man who made me and women across the world swoon for long golden blonde hair and impeccable archery skills broke hearts everywhere after proposing to three-year-girlfriend, Kerr on June 21. After announcing the engagement, the 27-year-old supermodel said there was no rush with securing the nuptial details.
In an interview with Australia's "The Sunday Times," Kerr said, "We have family and friends all over the world so deciding where [the wedding will be] is a tricky one. We are enjoying being engaged for the time being and will take our time in making any plans. We are both very private so would like it to be intimate and personal."
Apparently, the celeb couple has redefined "taking time" to mean two weeks -- the approximate time it takes for me to pick up my dry cleaning. Their wedding took place just last week in a secret Caribbean location and the newlyweds are currently spending their honeymoon at Anguilla's Viceroy Resort in the Caribbean. So what happened to "enjoying being engaged?"
I may have an educated guess.
Fellow Victoria's Secret model and close friend to the new bride told Us Magazine that though there hasn't been an official announcement, Kerr is "definitely pregnant" and she's "thrilled".
"She poses in lingerie," she said. "It will be obvious soon enough."
While the baby and the shotgun wedding may have been unexpected, Kerr never kept her desires to be a mother private.
"I have always been very open about wanting to be a mother one day," she said to "The Sunday Times". "And Ive always thought Orlando would be a great dad!"
I can't wait to see their sure-to-be beautiful child, but for all you other recently-engaged women, I recommend taking more than two weeks to plan a wedding. Check out this Wedding Day Beauty Countdown to see how to prepare for the big day.
