Lindsay Lohan's Lip Injections and Funky Nails Can't Get Her off Jail Time

Getting punched by a waitress on her birthday, skipping court-ordered alcohol education classes and getting sentenced to 90 days of cold hard jail time all within two weeks -- you have to hand it to Lindsay Lohan for knowing how to stay in the headlines. Lohan went to court today in somber black attire – perhaps fitting to reflect all her future party days laid to rest as Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail followed by a 90-day inpatient rehab program. Of all the times Lohan violated her probation since 2007, including flying without a passport and skipping court dates, Judge Revel's final straw was Lohan ditching her mandatory alcohol education classes.

Lohan offered excuses and tears saying, "I did the best I could," but nothing seemed to fly with the Judge today – not even Lohan's perfect sherbet-colored nails or her puckered up glossy lips that either got another sucker punch from a jealous waitress or a bad lip injection. I'm thinking the latter. Too bad the judge wasn't a guy. Maybe Lohan thought fuller lips would help the Judge change her mind or perhaps she wanted to give a little pout for the mug shot. Either way, the Judge did not sway, and after begging for mercy to no avail, Lohan fell apart into tears. While I'm so not a fan of her botched up lip injection, I can't stop staring at Lindsay's fabulous multi-colored nails. Maybe she wanted to throw up some peace signs and be gangsta with her sherbet-colored nails in the jail cell (check out this video on how to do an at-home manicure), but a better explanation would be that she wanted to convey a little message to Judge Revel and anybody else who got too close painted on her middle finger: "F**K U."

Lohan has to surrender to Judge Revel's court on July 20th. Although the way things work around here, a female inmate in "Lindsay's situation" serves 25% of her sentence according to Sheriff Steve Whitmore. Will the 23 to 90 days in jail change Lohan or will she continue to be one of these Biggest Celebrity Beauty Train Wrecks? Only time will tell.
