The four-week program combines fitness, nutrition, style and skincare with NIVEA Good-bye Cellulite products, like the new Good-bye Cellulite Fast Acting Serum and the advanced Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream, to help visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite and increase bikini confidence. Like most women, Bosworth, who already eats healthy and exercises regularly, wants to take the extra step to keep her skin looking smooth, just in time for summer, states the official press release.
"I'm not afraid to tell the world that I have cellulite- most women do. It's more common than people think," said Bosworth. "I am so excited that with the help of NIVEA and the 'Good-bye Cellulite, Hello Bikini! Challenge', I can take control of my body and feel even more confident on the beach this summer."
Bosworth has been updating fans on her progress via Twitter (@LoBosworth) and recently tweeted So tired this morn but went to cycling class anyway-fitness is a huge part of the Nivea #GBC Challenge! The reality star has also been making mentions of new diet choices as well, tweeting the Nivea #GBC Challenge is getting serious-just chose fish and veggies (yum) over the pasta and is keeping followers motivated to get rid of their cellulite by mentioning bikini season.

With the help of our unique diet and exercise program and Good-bye Cellulite products, she, along with women across America, can see real results that lead to smooth and beautiful skin." In addition to the NIVEA Good-bye Cellulite, Hello Bikini! Challenge, Bosworth has also penned her first book, a relationship guide titled The Lo-Down, due out in January 2011 and has been keeping up with her four-week cellulite-free program. As far as fitness, I love indoor cyclingit has made a really big difference. I feel a lot skinnier than I did last year, the reality star tells PEOPLE about her favorite Equinox spin classes. Its kind of the ultimate cardio. Seems that the instructor-led group setting is a major motivating factor for the star.
What do you think? Can you ever really banish cellulite or is it all just a marketing ploy?
