CONCEALS YES!
it's a good concealer, though my only gripe is that for the eye area, you have to use a primer or something under or else the concealer will start to settle into the lines around your eyes. If its not around your eyes, this concealer rocks, u just need to just very little to cover anything up....
this is the concealer that makes the makeup last forever, applying a thin layer before make up. And it also acts as a eye cream, not only concealer, wonderful, isn't it!?
