I like the whitening effects, but if you have sensitive teeth I would definitely skip this product. And it can leave an aftertaste in your mouth.

well i saw results with these within 3 days.. but you see the results if you're not a regular smoker and coffee drinker. Also, since my teeth are sensitive i only did one treatment a day (plus it taste really bad)
