They work great is you can keep them in your mouth. I can only use top or bottom strip separately. If used together, they slide around. It is hard to talk with them on.

My results were satisfying but these strips made my teeth extremely sensitive and brushing my teeth became an unbearable ordeal. If you can handle pain then this may be a good product for you, but I do not think I will be purchasing this again.

I did not care for this product. After using the strips 3 times my teeth and gums became very sensitive. I had to quit using them.
