A nice last step
I purchased the Brow Essentials kit which came with the color, brush, and finishing gel. I like the gel, as some of my brow hairs seem to have a life of their own. This helps to tame them and set the color better.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
