Learning how to conceal under-eye circles is crucial. Covering dark circles well is all about makeup sponges. You just can't get even coverage there using fingers or a brush. So slightly moisten a makeup wedge sponge in a not-too-creamy concealer that matches your skin tone. To deposit enough color to conceal dark areas without looking cakey, use a soft dotting motion, going over those shadowy areas until they completely disappear. This deposits and blends color simultaneously, making for the perfect makeup application.

You probably already know that a layer of translucent powder keeps concealer in place. But you can dust a second layer along the eye crease to keep concealer from creeping into the folds of your eyelid. If you need a little extra brightening, dust a very thin veil of subtle highlighting powder over the darkest spot -- that's the half-inch right under the corner of the eyes. This will reflect light to make those areas look a bit brighter. And that's how to conceal under-eye circles.

I think you need a peach- or pink-based concealer first before you need a natural-colored concealer (it disguises dark circles). And I highly recommend working with Beautyblender sponges.

Nice and easy video. I usually apply a good creamy concealer, blend it in with my ring finger, then lightly dust some mineral translucent powder over it with a fluffy brush, it looks flawless!

I haven't tried sponges. I usually use my fingers or brushes to pat the product in.
