How to Copy Emma Stone's Pretty Spring Makeup Look
Posted 04/13/11 at 03:56PM by Audrey Fine
Actress Emma Stone, who reverted to her natural blonde hair earlier this year (she'd gone red for "Superbad" and brown for "Zombieland") dazzled at an industry shindig for "Conde Nast Traveler" magazine on Monday in Los Angeles.
Wearing a baby blue beaded Preen dress, the 22-year-old, whose next big screen foray will be this summer's adaptation of "The Help" (can not wait), was the epitome of spring glamour with her tousled beachy waves, rosy cheeks and pretty pink mouth.
Want to copy it? Celeb makeup artist Mai Quynh shares her how-tos...
Face: Prep skin with a soothing moisturizer (try "http://www.totalbeauty.com/reviews/product/6437712/amala-soothing-moisture-cream">Amala Soothing Moisture Cream, $72). Then, apply foundation using a brush for a smoother finish and use a concealer brush to apply the product under your eyes, around your nose and on any other areas that need help. Add a natural, rosy glow to your cheeks by dusting a powder or mineral blush on the apples, sweeping upwards. (Try CoverGirl TruBlend Mineral Blush in Pure Romance, $6.99.)
Eyes: To get Emma's clever cat eye look, blend a cream eyeshadow (try Stila Smudge Pots in Bronze, $20) into the crease of your eyelids and use a black liquid liner along upper lashlines (try Chanel Ecriture de Chanel Automatic Liquid Eyeliner, $48). Finish the look with a couple of coats of black mascara. (Try this eye opening maneuver for your most beautiful lashes -- ever.)
Lips: To get Emma's on-trend hot pink mouth, Mai Quynh mixed mark Pro Glimmer Hook Up Lip Powder in Punk, $6 and mark Glow Baby Glow Hook Up Lip Gloss in Girly Girl, $6. Not skilled at applying lipstick? Let our Total Look host, Rebekah teach you how to apply lip color like a pro.
And, there you have it. A spring makeup look that we can all wear with style. Want to know what else is big this season? See three of the hottest trends for spring.

I love her make up but I like her so much more as a redhead. I almost didn't recognize her as a blonde.

I did this look, and it looked horrible on me. But I'm sure someone with light hair could pull it off.

Love the bold lip on her! She is so cute!

Personally, I think her hair and makeup wash her out a little bit. And her brows are a little dark for her hair. The eyeliner and lipstick are pretty, but the whole look is a little too doll-like. She's a gorgeous gal, but I don't think this is her best look.
