I used to have side swept bangs over a year ago, it was a phase of mine. I actually liked cutting my own hair better myself because hairstylists are too controlling in terms of how they envision you hair to look rather than what you want.

I recently gave myself bangs at home. I just took some scissors and started cutting. It ended up looking pretty good for the most part, but maybe I should have left it to the professionals!!!
