During the holidays, I try to exercise at least SOME (although I know I probably won't as much as I do during the rest of the year) and try to remind myself that I don't need to stuff myself with sweets. I let myself have just a little of the decadent things that I really want, and then try to stick to a normal-ish diet.

Water has always been my secret to keeping my skin in good condition. I also watch what I eat so I do not have to work as hard as others with the extra weight. It is just easier not to go wild just because it is the Holidays. I make it a LIFESTYLE.
