The Real Deal: I've made no bones about the fact that I am a card-carrying lip balm addict. (Probably because lipstick scares me.) Like any addict, I'm always looking for a better high, which means that I spend an inordinate amount of time -- and money -- seeking out that one balm that's going to satisfy my craving once and for all. Guess what? In Lanolips 101 Ointment, I've found it.

This oh-so-awesome product was born on a sheep farm in Australia. It's 100 percent natural and fragrance free, and it's the most emollient, stay-put product I've ever had the pleasure of applying. BONUS: It not only works wonders at keeping lips moist and crack/flake-free, it moisturizes elbows, cuticles, and other dry, patchy areas.

The Upshot: I now have a tube in my car, by my bed, on my desk, and in several handbags. I'm officially hooked.
