The VIP (Very Impressive Product) Pick of the Week #30
Posted 10/06/11 at 08:28AM by Audrey Fine
The Product: Frederic Fekkai Glossing Conditioner
The Price: $21
The Promise: "Lightweight conditioner, enriched with pure olive oil and moisturizers, which add luster and vibrance to normal or dull hair."
The Real Deal: I went through a serious hair color catastrophe a few months back. Now, happily, my color's fixed and I'm working towards getting my hair looking good again. I've embarked on a healthy hair diet, started taking supplements formulated to improve (and grow) my hair, and I've begun using top of the line products -- including this glossing conditioner by Frederic Fekkai.
It first crossed my radar when it won the Readers' Choice award for best conditioner in this year's Total Beauty Beauty Awards, but I didn't try it until recently. Now I see what all the fuss was about. As one TotalBeauty.com reader reviewed, "I've been using Fekkai hair products for over a year and I've seen a huge improvement in my hair. It has gone from dry and damaged to silky and shiny and I owe it to this conditioner. It has a nice citrus smell that leaves my hair feeling amazing. It's expensive, but the long term results make it well worth it."
I couldn't have put it any better myself.
The Upshot: I will definitely continue using this conditioner. My hair's improving every day and I'll take every bit of help I can get.

I have the shampoo, conditioner, and glossing cream (they come in a smaller size for $27. I thought it'd be great way to try but not 'commit") the combination of the products makes my hair VERY soft, light, and airy. Its nothing I've ever experienced before, its great.

I use this conditioner, along with the shampoo, when I want my hair to look special. The word "glossing" does not due it justice. Shine, gleam, radiance. This is how perfect this product is. Plus, it smells wonderful. Ladies, treat yourself well! You deserve it and so does your hair!
