The Kardashian women are very open about plastic surgery.
Kim, however, claimed that she herself had never had breast implants, though she has opted for Botox.
In the interview, Kim revealed that she regrets posing for "Playboy," but only because the reality star, who claims to have lost 15 pounds since the shoot, feels that she's in better shape now.
The ladies, who were all wearing chic black ensembles, looked lovely as usual, but of course there were a few squabbles.
Though it's not exactly shocking for the Kardashian girls to be dishing about plastic surgery, we were surprised Kim admitted to Botox -- she isn't even 30 yet!
