Heidi Montag's Mother Reacts to Plastic Surgery on 'The Hills'

"What's done is done, so that’s a terrible thing for me to say but … I felt that you were much more beautiful before and I hope that some of this will fade away," her mother confessed.

"This is what I chose and there is nothing that I can take back," a tearful Montag responded.

Montag also revealed that she aspires to look like Barbie, and that she wanted larger breast implants but they wouldn't fit.

The young woman, pictured here at another event, has taken plenty of flak from the press for her decision to go under the knife. Seeing her so distraught and vulnerable really makes us feel for the girl, regardless of what we think of her decision to alter her looks.
