Sarah Jessica Parker Wears a Lighter Version of the Smoky Eye at London Movie Premiere

Parker, pictured here at a past event with husband Matthew Broderick, showed up in a fashion-forward outfit that included a pink strapless dress, black blazer, fishnets, and a matching fuchsia fedora.

Parker's eye makeup appeared toned down against the bright and unique outfit. The actress tried a softer side to the smoky eye look with a metallic shadow rather than a dark purple or gray, as is custom for most smoky eyes.

The actress outlined her eyes with a sparkly gray shadow, which she extended past the outer corners of her eyes. The overall color was a lilac-gray that was dusted over her eyes, with a lighter, silver shade on the inside creases.

Instead of thick black eye liner, Parker's was barely there. She applied a very thin line on her inner lids, which blended into the mascara.

While Parker stayed true to the smoky eye basics, she gave the dark look a rest and instead lightened up a bit, making her eyes sparkle.
