Taylor Swift was recently spotted at the "People's Choice Awards" sporting some bright pink lipstick. This shade of makeup has recently become a major trend amongst certain Hollywood blondes – including Blake Lively and Lauren Conrad.

Swift, pictured here at a previous event with soft pink lips, looked fun and flirty at the event. The bright shade was the perfect complement to her pale skin.

Do you want to snag Swift’s right-this-minute look for yourself? Start by applying powder to your lips. This is a secret trick that many makeup artists use to help color last longer.

Next, using a lipstick brush, dab the color onto your lips and spread evenly. If you don't have the right tool, you can simply apply the makeup straight from the tube. Just be sure to take extra care and have a tissue handy to wipe away any accidental smears.

Once you've achieved the perfect shade, take a tissue and purse your lips together, blotting away excess color and removing any lipstick from your teeth.
