Gaga, pictured here for a photo shoot wearing a dazzling eye piece, seemed almost cat-like in the heavy liquid liner that extended all the way up to her eyebrows.

Do you want to look as fierce as this pop icon? Start by grabbing a lot of liquid liner - you're going to need it! Apply the product in thick lines across the top of your lids, nearly up to the crease. Using the applicator, bring the line past the corners of your eyes and up towards the edge of your brows.

To achieve a wing-like effect at the tip, draw the liner back towards the inner corners of your eyes and fill in the outline.

Next, take a black liner pencil and slightly line your lower lids. A little bit of liner will add polish, but make sure to keep the dramatic emphasis on top. This look is perfect for any flirty winks you feel like throwing during a night out.
