Britney Spears Prepares for her "Glee" Debut By Shopping in Body-Flaunting Fashions

"Glee" fans have been waiting for tonight's episode - featuring Britney Spears - for a long time. And, as the excitement mounts, Brit has been spotted out and about in Los Angeles doing some shopping and showing off her still fit body.

Clearly Sean Preston and Jayden James' momma is excited about tonight's episode too and wants to enjoy it along with her myriad fans, as she tweeted yesterday, ""Can't wait for Glee tomorrow night. I'm going to tweet along as it airs on the West Coast so we can watch together."

While specific details of the episode have been kept under wraps, the official FOX release says that, "In the "Britney/Brittany" episode, Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) insists that the glee club perform adult contemporary music at the school assembly, but the kids have other plans. As New Directions mounts its campaign to perform Britney Spears' greatest hits, they learn that their own Brittany (Heather Morris) has a connection to the famous performer. Meanwhile, Will meets Emma's (Jayma Mays) new love interest, Dr. Carl (John Stamos), who sparks a rivalry between the two men as they vie for her attention."

And, the network has also let it be known that several of Britney's most popular songs, including, "Toxic" and "...Baby One More Time," will be featured in the episode along with some of her most iconic costumes. (Think: bejeweled and hardly there sequined body suits and star, Heather Morris, rocking out with a giant albino python around her neck.)

We also know that Spears and Morris reenact the Spears/Madonna video for "Me Against the Music," with Spears stepping into Madge's role.

In the pictures from the set that Britney tweeted over the summer (like this one with Morris), her body looks toned and tan, her hair is very blonde and her makeup is subtle-yet-pretty -- and she's wearing a white suit that's reminiscent of the one Madonna wore in the original video.
