Lindsay Lohan, why? WHY?

Just three weeks after being released from rehab for alcohol abuse, Lohan is revisiting her home, I mean the courthouse, this Friday after failing her drug test. Perhaps she felt like three weeks was too long of a break from the media or maybe she needed to one up her role model, Paris Hilton for getting caught with cocaine in her purse and needed to hijack the headlines. For whatever the reason, Lohan tested positive for cocaine and various amphetamines last week. Since her release from rehab, the court required her to take intensive psychotherapy sessions, 12-step meetings, and submit to random drug testing. She was also warned that if she failed the drug test, she would face 30 days in jail.
With a bench warrant out for her arrest, the troubled actress must come to court on Friday to hear the decision of Judge Fox on whether she will be serving more time.
Lohan admitted to the positive test results on her twitter on Friday saying, "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result."
In preparation of her second round of court trials, Lohan decided to pretty up for the cameras by getting a facial yesterday. With her sister Ali, the 23-year-old actress went to Raya Skin Salon in West Hollywood to amp up her skin care. Gotta get those pores clear for her close up, right? You can tell her priorities are in the right place this time around.
It's safe to assume that the troubled actress is now better known for her jail stint and substance abuse than her actual career, which is clearly in jeopardy. The judge may prevent Lindsay from flying to Louisiana to shoot for her next movie, "Inferno" and Lohan may also have to give up her deal to host "Saturday Night Live" in NYC.
She tweeted, "This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."
Didn't she just finish facing the consequences of her last actions (drunk driving, flying without a passport, violating probation)? After serving 14 days of a 90-day sentence in the Lynwood Correctional Facility followed by a 22-day rehab treatment at the UCLA Medical Center, the actress seemed to have made very small steps. Though Lohan joked of her distraught past at MTV's Video Music Awards with Chelsea Handler, it seems like her past is still very much present.
Lohan addresses this in another tweet saying, "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future."
Oh, Lindsay, what are we to do with you?
