It smells nice (light), and does leave skin feeling soft. I don't necessarily believe that it reduced any redness though. The bottle is sufficient for its purpose, and the packaging is pleasant. i would recommend this softener. it smells nice and when used, it make my skin feel so clean. the packaging isn't all that nice, and the pump isn't that great because i always have to us a cotton pad and it's is a waste. but overrall this i like this product.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
