a staple in my makeup bag
i use this on my brows-i have thick bushy brows, and i rely on this to calm those babies down from walking away from my face (i kid, i kid, but you know what i mean). i have no complaints whatsoever--i like the price (under $3) and it does a solid job. the only thing is that it can be harder to find in stores (at least at my store it sells out quickly) so get it when you can.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful
