This make-up remover is gentle on your eyes and face which is nice, but it takes several tries (which means extra cotton pads and the milk) to get the foundation and make-up off. Even though I have sensitive skin and like the fact that this product is gentle, it is just too gentle in order to do an excellent job as it claims.
