Not very smudge proof
I needed a waterproof eyeliner. This Urban Decay 24/7 pencil, as promised, glided smoothly, and gave great deep dark black color. However, it was just too soft to work accurately for my waterline, and it smudged after a while. Great for a pencil
I do not like pencil liners. I got a sample of this in "zero" so I decided to give it a shot. The formula is creamy and glides right on the delicate eye area. It is a pretty rich black for a pencil, too. This eventually wound up underneath my eyes though and made my eyes look really baggy. The color faded after about two hours, except for the color under my eyes which I could not get off. You won't be disappointed
The only thing that would make this eyeliner better would be if it were sell sharpening and retractable. I hate sharpening my makeup pencils. Otherwise, these are the bomb. I got a sample of this in Voodoo which is a deep, metallic purple that really made my green eyes pop. The color is super pigmented and goes on creamy, smooth without tugging. This formula did not irritate my eyes. You will definitely need eye makeup remover to take this off. These are great liners

It's Amazing!
I really never needed to ask why Urban Decay was such a cult favorite in the eyeliner department, but I seriously didn't know what I was missing out on until I tried it! I love this eyeliner! That said, It was given to me by a friend that had problems with it smudging on her, so I can see why it hasn't gotten more than a 9 star review here on Total Beauty. In my case, I found that the formula is ...read moreincredibly creamy and smooth, making application super smooth and without a hitch. I didn't have a case of tugging, nor did the formula irritate my eyes when I applied to my waterline or tight-lined my upper lash line. My favorite feature about this liner, though, has got to be how many colors it comes in! I find myself using it for more than just lining my eyes, but also as an eyeshadow base, or even for a quick smokey eye in a flash because it blends so beautifully! Once set, this liner doesn't move an inch. I haven't had a case of smearing or fading despite the fact that I have oily lids and that I live in a very humid part of the states. I've also gone swimming with this eyeliner on accidentally, and discovered it hadn't budged an inch. All of that said, this product does not come cheap! I understand that it has an amazing formula, it has so many different colors, and that there are definitely some liners much more expensive than this, but for purchasing everyday colors such as black, the money really adds up. Otherwise, I'd give this liner a perfect 10 stars. Great Product, But...
I have this pencil in black and a brilliant blue. It's a great product, goes on richly and smoothly and has never irritated my eyes, but I can't justify the price. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil
This a great eye pencil. It is creamy, applies very nice, lasts well, and comes in a wonderful array of colors that would suit anyone's taste. Smudge free
This particular pencil is one of the few formulas that are actually smudge-free on me so I love it. The colors are very high pigmented & you will definitely get a nice, bold pop of color. They go on very smooth without tugging or pulling which is nice. What's wrong with Zero?
I have tried several shades & these pencils go on smooth & creamy with vibrant intense colors. They all last all day except Zero (black) which smudges right away.
