Waterproof?
I bought this pencil because I love their eyeshadows and I just had Lasik, so I have to have waterproof eye makeup due to all the drops I use. This goes on great, very easy, but it is definitely not waterproof. It doesn't last through my first application of drops before it starts smearing. These pencils are the by far, the best I've found. For anyone who is SERIOUS about stay-put, long lasting, great colored eyeliner...you MUST try these. WONDERFUL!

Love these liners1
The colors are bright and gorgeous and they have the best staying power of any liner I've ever used. The black liner is perfect for a smokey eye look. the bright deep blue, Deviant, looks amazing with brown eyes and black mascara. Best pencil!
Great pencil! I asked the salesperson for a black eyeliner that doesn't wear off or smudge easily and ended up buying this one! It's great! It really doesn't smudge easily and leaves you with a beautiful black lined eye. I LOVE it
