Not the best, I thought
I know oil is the best way to remove eye makeup, but I hate the greasy feeling after, so I picked up a jar of these makeup remover pads. And sure, they don't leave the greasy feeling on my face, but I also don't think they work very well. I don't wear THAT much eye makeup, yet it seems like I am wiping at each eye for the longest time to get the makeup off. And sometimes I need to use two.
