This fan brush is good quality. The brush is soft, and is perfect for applying highlighting powder. It picks up and holds the highlighter without the product falling off the brush. I had never used a fan brush before, and I read what the purpose is. So, of course I went to Sephora because I love the price and quality of their brushes. I was not disappointed by this brush.
