The Greatest
The best gel eyeliner available! It stays in place with absolutely no smearing. Correct application does take a little practice, but once you get the hang of it, it's fast and simple. The Holy Grail of eyeliners!

My favorite eyeliner
This is the best eyeliner I've ever used. Every previous attempt has been somewhat unsuccessful as I would always accidently draw it on too thick. This would make my eyes appear much smaller, closer together, and deeper set due to my eyelids being hidden behind a thick line. Brown's gel liner allows you to make the thinnest line possible, as close to the lash line as possible, with the smallest effort. Just make sure you use the right brush! This is so easy to work with to create either a bold liquid-like look or a more subtle, but long-lasting effect. I have this in bronze, great for day or summer, and black plum ink, a more subtle black alternative, but great for night. decent gel eyeliner
I was using this eyeliner for about a year or so and it was a good eyeliner. It was not as creamy as I would have liked and it would clump onto the eyeliner brush. It eventually dried out on me before I was able to finish it. So I had to toss it. It would also smudge a lot for me. I would end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the day and it was a pain to remove.
