ok, well, im not the target age group
i got it b/c it said itd make your lashes grow longer and thicker and protect them and soften them, yeah. but its thick, and oily or waxy or something, because all its does is smear all over, all day, and it never comes off! its not waterproof, but it lingers, i had smeary eyes for 2 days after using this, it just kept melting out of my lash roots. id like to think it was deeply conditioning but i just cant use it. maybe if i was 56, itd be great.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
