doesnt dry fast enough
too many layers and my polish lifts off in one unanimous sheet. this pretty much guarantees that will happen. plus it alters some shades a little and takes longer to dry as a team with color and topcoat, and doesnt fill ridges [on me] completly anyway. ive seen it work well for my friend, who as far as i can see, has perfect nails anyway!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful
