My daughter and I use this shampoo regularly. It has great cleaning qualities, smells awesome, and energizes which I really need and like. The jump start conditioner is a great compliment to the shampoo. It's priced a little high for a shampoo, but it is a treat so we pamper ourselves sometimes.
