I am a Too-Faced freak, and when I ordered the liner in black, I wasn't sure what foil meant. (Still don't) Anyway, this liner is a kohl pencil that is incredible. It smudges easily. Goes on like BUTTER!
Probably not the usual thought you have with eyeliner, but this goes on so incredibly smooth that it's almost unbelievable. There isn't even a hint of pull when you're putting it on, so it's really easy to apply. I use it to make the bulk of the shape I want for my liner, then come back with an angled precision brush to edge it and make my corners.
