Decent Shadow

Update: After using these for several months I began to notice that they crumple all over the packaging and no longer stay on my face. It's alight
While there is quite a bit of colors to choose from, I find that this (and really, most other CoverGirl) eye shadows don't last very long on me. Good Eyeshadows

Pretty Nice!
This little shadow goes for about three US dollars at most American drugstores. I have only tried “Champagne,” or shade 710, which is a pearly, off-white color great for highlighting any part of the face—not only the eye lids! The powder goes on smoothly with good color pay off, and blends well. However, I would definitely say to use some sort of lid primer!! It stays pretty nicely even on ...read moremy oily skin if you already completed the foundation on your face. Personally, I didn’t experience much, if any, creasing from this product in that case. Favorite Drugstore Single Eyeshadow
I absolutely love these single shadows! My first purchase of Covergirl eyeshadows was a trio, and I was incredibly disappointed in it. However, after seeing enough youtubers rave about the single eyeshadow in Champaign, I figured I should give the singles a try. I was completely surprised! The colors are rich and velvety. They are certainly not the most opaque in the market, but they are incredibl...read morey easy to work with and color can be built up by layering. I have found them to be easy to blend with virtually any other eyeshadow out there. I get a little bit of fallout but it is certainly not bad. Concerning staying power - these shadows certainly need a primer, as they will crease without one. But with a primer, they are wonderful. The color range is nice but they could certainly expand. I would also like to see the shimmer shades to be just a bit less glittery and more finely milled and metallic looking. The price is fabulous-the amount of product you get for your buck is great. However, something they could definitely improve is the packaging-it’s the typical cheap, flimsy drugstore look that I really wish could get vamped up a little bit. Another random comment - I do not understand why anyone bothers to include sponge tip applicators. I don’t know anyone who uses them regularly, and it seems like they could either cut pack the price a bit, or include more product, if they just removed the applicators and sold them separately. But overall, I highly recommend these shadows. Singles are great for when you’re looking for a particular shade but don’t want to go out and purchase an entire palette. Not Bad At All for the Price
I needed a beige, cream colored shadow for everyday and didn't want to spend a lot for a shade I knew I'd run out of quickly. I bought the shimmery ivory shade of CoverGirl Eye enhancers and I'm pleasantly surprised with it. You have to layer it quite heavily but if used with a primer the color looks lovely and stays put. I use my own brush to apply as the product's applicator is not adept at pick...read moreing up color. Overall the shade I purchased was good quality and certainly a deal.
