VERY Natural
This mascara is a little too natural for me; as one reviewer put it, its really like wearing nothing at all. It deposits a bit of color on the lashes, but it took a good 3 coats to get some lengthening out of it. For me, I really couldn't tell a difference at all. Very Traditional Mascara

A basic mascara, no frills
This is a basic mascara only. It doesn't lengthen, thicken or add volume. I don't quite get where the "glossy" part comes in because I never noticed any naturally glossy look. The color is nice and the mascara applies evenly. It seems to dry out faster than most other mascaras and well before the 3 months of recommended mascara usage are up. It's love!
I am officially crowning this as my Holy Grail mascara. Seriously, I can stop looking now that I've found this. It doesn't do much to lengthen or add volume, but the glossy, pure black formula looks so pretty on that it doesn't matter. I have used this mascara since my first Clinique purchase 25 years ago. It doesn't leave my eyelashes tacky. I love the jet brown shade, glad to see they still carry it. It does tend to clump a bit, especially when the tube is getting old. Good for everyday use...
This is a great mascara for everyday. It goes on smoothly and has good coverage. It isn't made for volume or anything, so for a little more drama I use other mascaras, but I really like this stuff for when I'm going for a more natural look. Average daytime mascara
The mascara is very simple. It lengthens and volumizes just a little and then that's it. It is ok, but I am not willing to pay over $10 for an ok mascara. Better than I expected!
I pulled the wand out of the bottle and laughed at how non-spread out it was. I was sure it would make all my lashes stick together. But, thankfully, I used it anyway, and found it to be really good! It made my naturally stick straight lashes look naturally longer and more curled.
