High Impact!
This eyeliner has a LOT of pigmentation. The deep cobalt shade is my favorite. It's really stunning on! They make my tiny little eyes POP behind my frames. It's super creamy and easy to use! My favorite trick with these liners is to use an angled brush to put powder eye shadow in a complementary shade right on top of the liner. The Chocolate Colo is Beautiful
I received this liner as part of a gift package for Christmas. I can say that I am religiously dedicated to black eyeliner; however, the color in the set was a brown shade. This hue is gorgeous, it adds just the right amount of glitter/color, and works to create a look that is still put together, but not based on black eyeliner. I feel that my green eyes pop with this color. The color also lasts all day without creasing or fading.
