LOVE IT
I only use Maybelline's waterproof liquid eyeliner. I love the tapered brush. It isn't flimsy, so you don't have to worry about not being able to make a perfect line. The brush is kind of "stiff" but that's the good part because it gives you more control on how thick or thin you want the line to be. It gives you a more precise finish because the end of the brush is very thin. I really love this liquid eyeliner because it is easy to place where you want it and doesn't smudge. This is great for wearing when outside, at the gym or the pool because it stays in place.
