Not Hydrating
I was originally attracted to this due to its marine ingredients, which are good for hydrating skin and retaining moisture. The mist is also very fine. But this did not hydrate my skin in any way. Fantastic For My Dry, Sensitive Skin
It's hard to find toners out there that are suitable for my dry, sensitive skin, especially since most have alcohol in them, and the ones that don't have no effect on my skin or are still irritating. Not only does it act as a refreshing toner (especially if I put it in the refrigerator), I like that it has so many benefits from the marine extracts, vitamins, and soothing aloe that improve and hydrate my dry, sensitive skin. In fact, after having a rosacea flare up (due to the dry winter weather and using what ended up as a harsh toner), this calmed my skin, got rid of the flaking, and made my skin radiant again. I don't think there's any fragrance in this because I don't smell anything, so that's one less chemical I expose my skin to.
