not for acne, but great basic toner

I've used better. It doesn't do anything for zits or blackheads. It's just kind of something you put on and leave there. I love Neutrogena, but this doesn't do anything for my combination skin.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 6 people said helpful
