This rates as "okay" for me. I thought I was purchasing a black, but it was really more of a pewter color which I ended up loving. Horrible
This stuff is much like the mascara with the similar packaging. It has the most adorable packaging that makes you feel like a princess using it...however that does not make up for a shoddy product.
