Heavy Metal Glitter Liners are FULL of high-intensity glitter and stay on all night (and even until the next morning). Spandex is pretty dark black with tons of multi-coloured glitter particles, and Distortion is its exact opposite (an opalescent pearl, according to Sephora). Both look really good with Urban Decay eye shadows an can be easily layered. Caveat! If you don't LIKE sparkle/glitter; than stop right here and look at another review! Most people have a love it or hate it approach to glitter and I fall into the former camp, most possibly because I am a performer and actually use it for stage. Fun!
I have never been one to use make-up products but I decided I wanted to try some new products. A sales person helped try out this set and it is absolutely fantastic. Urban Decay has a well-deserved reputation for amazing and fun products. The glitter was amazing while not being overpowering and worked easily in both a day and night setting. Perfect. Borrowed my friends, now I'm off to get my own.
I tried this on a few nights ago when I was going out dancing with a group of friends. Snagged it off the counter and thought 'why not?' so I put it on my top on top of a concoction of Urban Decay shadows. I used it in Headbanger, the purple shade, though I think I'd probably grab it up in a couple of colors. This eyeliner is awesome! It gives you the perfect glittery line. I get complimented whenever I wear this product, and I own it in almost all the colors. It gives you the perfect rocker eye, and it actually stays in place until you wash it off. So pretty!
Get the look of a glam rock star!! I put it on in Baked like every time I go into Sephora. The glitter is actually really flattering and I wear it with Deluxe Eye Shadow in Shag. When I wear that I don't have to worry about making a mistake with the brush because it is the same color. This liner works really well if you just want something a little flashy and different on your eyes. The glitter is smooth and stays puts and the color is so awesome and vivid! When your eyes need a little twinkle...
This product is much more versatile than you would think- the sparkles don't come off and the result is a nice, sparkly line without ugly, tacky clumps on your eyelids.
