Best for oily skin

Nice but does not do anything for the skin.
I like this a lot but it works more like a primer and makes my skin look nice with the foundation. It does not irritate my acne and it does make my skin feel like silk. Been using this since I was 16
I'm 27 now so I guess after 11 years of use, I can give you all the low down. This is a great product for anyone with blotchy, dry/combination to oily skin, sensitive skin with ocassional breakouts. Excellent if you have discoloration that lingers from pimples, but i have to say...as much as I love this product...it will always be on my counter...It is a bit overpriced. You can get similar resu...read morelts using the Philosophy skin regimen the one that comes with the wash scrub, and weekly peel. But that said, This product is great for discoloration, works wonders in a short amount of time, great for the decollete and face, even for older women with liver spots. Leaves your skin so silky smooth you will think you have a layer of invisible silk on you. Unfortunately this newer formulation seems to sometimes gives me small bumps after using it non stop for 6 months...so I'm on a bit of a break from my twice a day routine. I will use it a few times a week in the am under makeup as a primer. But it does provide faster results that the old formula, I must confess. Great for pores, dry lines(for desert dwellers), unclogging of pores, treating breakouts for faster healing, freckles, and other discolorations. Estee Lauder Idealist Pore Minimizer

Love it!

I wondered what a skin refinisher actually did....but I've used this since it first came out and now I know. The texture of my skin has really, really improved. Pores appear smaller, the color of my skin appears to be more even, and I get compliments often....which I love, particularly since I'm 53!
