Good for growth, but not thickening
My moms been using this for years especially when she got sick and losing her hair. I actually won $150 worth of this kit and other products on the new beauty daily contest. I use and and my hair stylist said my hair was growing fast and recommended since I was getting hothead extensions to not use it, so my extensions would'nt grow out so fast. This does help my hair grow more than 1/2 inch a mon...read moreth and fast, but if you're looking for something to make your hair thicker, this doesn't do that for me nor my friends I gave part of my products too. I am Eurasian and my hair is wavy/stringy which curls easily, so I don't have the typical thick Asian super straight hair. Good, but...
I've been trying the nioxin for a few months and I will admit that my hair did grow. I noticed because I was more frizzier in areas that I felt was missing hair (lol). As for moisturizing wise, it doesn't do a good job. I had to use a treatment aside from this product that will make my hair more soft and not dry.
