TOP COAT AND NAIL DRYER a+
I first discovered OPI products at my nail salon. My manicurist was using OPI top coat AND nail dryer. The shine and protection from the top coat lasted two weeks and the nail dryer gave me that smear protection within minutes we all fear as we leave the the salon.
