i can't get it to work

great for brows
the blonde color pencil is great for my fair skin and brows. it helps to fill and darken them without being too dark or fake looking. never used it as eyeliner but i would think it would be too waxy for the lids. love that it comes in pairs.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
