Good for the price
I like this Shampoo/conditioner combo. After using it for a few weeks I did notice that my hair was softer and didn't knot as much after washing. After a few months it did begin to lose its effects so I had to switch and then swtich back. I dont' use Pantene anymore. My multiracial daughter is turning 10 this year, and I have spent a good 8 of those searching for a usable shampoo. This one was not it. It left her hair knotted and like straw. I have only used this product once, but my experience was horrific. At the time I had medium length hair and I decided to givethis product a try. I used it once and immediately following use clumps of my hair fell out As a result I had to cut all of my hair off and start over. I do not recommend this product to anyone with natural hair.
