Outstanding value!
I tried this masacara when it came out years ago and have found myself coming back to it again and again and again and again. This time was for allergies that were making my eyes super-sensitive. Te mascara goes on great, stays on and doesn't irritate my eyes as every other mascara has been doing lately - even the ones for sensitive eyes, such as clinique or almay. I'm a believer!
I have tried just about every drug store brand of mascara as I search for the product that will give me false-eyelash type volume. I have gone down the road of using high-end expensive products that in the end I never felt lived up to the price tag. I have heard a lot of good things about L'oreal voluminous, so I decided to try it out. At first I was not impressed with the product. I liked it on my lashes, but I found it to be clumpy in the tube and on the brush and I was ready to put it away and forget about it. Then I did a comparison one day between the Voluminous and another drug-store brand that had been my favourite. After the comparison, I have to say that the Voluminous is the superior product. It gives volume, but also fans out your lashes and makes them much longer. I feel like I am wearing falsies. You get volume, lift, length and separation with this product. I still have to be careful with little clumps, and I still have to clean the brush off before I apply, but I'm willing to overlook that for the results I get. Terrible Product!
I have to disagree with most of the reviews on this particular mascara. It is honestly one of the worst I've ever used. It clumps terribly, starting as soon as I pull the wand out of the tube- there's a huge clump on the tip every time, and I have to wipe it off before I can even use it. Then, while applying it, it leaves awful clumps and doesn't separate at all. The finished product just looks me...read moressy. I can't even apply it to my lower lashes because the clumping is so bad. I can't wait to buy another brand and throw this tube out! Best Mascara in the World

Fab!!!
I went out and got this (with the curved brush) after listening to Michelle Phan, the makeup Guru on YouTube, rave and rave and rave about it. I have NEVER bought a L'Oreal mascara before, but I am sooo glad I tried it, this is my new fav! Not a fan

I Like this mascara!
It goes on well and not too thick and clumpy. It buids the lashed without giving you spikes at the ends of the lashes. Stays on well as long as you don't cry a lot. Usually looks as good at night when I am removing before bed as it did when I applied it. My Fav!!!!
Absolutely my favorite!!!!! I have long but very fine lashes and many of the mascara wands do not cover my lashes. But no problem with voluminous. I have tried many, many, many different brands on the search for a better one. I ALWAYS come back to this one for the last 15 years.
